Return Policy

If you ordered your shirt(s) and paid us directly….

Within fourteen (14) days of your order’s e-mailed receipt date, provided the shirt has not been worn (other than to try it on) or washed, you may return any shirt you purchased directly from City Shirts, Inc. for a refund of the price you paid plus any sales tax that was charged, but net of our shipping cost to you.

Please e-mail us at service@sfsoftwear-staging.iuwvijf3-liquidwebsites.com to notify us that you are sending us a return and the reason for the return. Also please provide your shipping date and a tracking number if there is one. Please attach to your e-mail a copy of the receipt (including “Customer Details”) which we e-mailed to you on the day we received your order. Look for it among your old e-mails under From: San Francisco Shirt Company or under Subject: Your San Francisco Tee Shirts order receipt from [date]).

You will be responsible for re-packaging (so that the shirt is not soiled by the packaging material) and the return shipping costs. Please put a printed copy of your receipt in the package.

If your return’s ship date is later than fourteen (14) days after your receipt date (the date in the subject line of the e-mail from us which contained your receipt), or it has been worn, damaged, soiled, washed or spot-cleaned, we cannot accept it for a refund and we will donate it to the charity of our choice.

As soon as we have verified (a) your receipt against our records, (b) the timeliness of your return and (c) the condition of the shirt(s), we will issue a credit to your credit card. Depending upon your financial institution, it may take up to ten days from the time we issue the credit until it is reflected on your credit card account.

If you pre-ordered your shirt as part of your registration for an event and did not pay for it….

Within fourteen (14) days of the end of the event at which you received the shirt, if the shirt you received was damaged, doesn’t fit, or the image is noticeably mis-aligned, you may return it to us for a replacement in the same style.
